If you received your product damaged or are missing items from your order please contact us as soon as possible at "kikasartesanal@gmail.com".

All sales final. No returns. We accept exchanges only.
All exchanges require a 5-7 business day processing time.
All exchanges must be received within 15 days of the date we shipped your order out.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs on exchange.
Any products purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
All items must remain un-washed and unworn.
Please include a copy of your order and mark the item being exchanged.
All shipping is non-refundable unless an error was made on our part.
